"Without a doubt the best hotel experience I have received. First, shout out to Joyce in front desk. She made checking in a breeze and made me and my fiancé feel welcome. She was the highlight of the day for us. Room was clean and well taken care. The hotel staff from the front desk to the parking lot attendant were all nice and attentive. When I come back to San Francisco, it will be at this hotel."

"Unfortunately the old charm and historic appeal of this beautiful hotel and building are being ripped out and “updated”. Though I did mostly enjoy my stay, and the staff were exceptional; I was highly let down my the loss of character and poorly executed renovations that had been done to the rooms. -Great location, awesome service, comfortable bed, descent shower. -EXTREMELY small room!!!!! Smallest hotel room I’ve ever been in"
