"The room was clean. When we booked our room, we were made to believe that we had a private hot tub but the hot tub was actually shared with a room next to ours. The staff were extrmemely nice but it felt like they were pretty understaffed. It's hard to beat this lcoation and the room itself was great, just not sure if the entire experience at the hotel was worth what we paid."

"A great place to stay in Cervinia. Well furnished and spacious for a 2 bed apartment on the slopes. Slope access superb. Great individual boot room with boot warmers. Fully functional kitchen with everything you need to cook full meals.Would love to stay again. Only improvement I could think of is wifi so could make more of the huge TV in the lounge. "The location is exactly as described. With that said we had many plus and minuses about the property. The description of luxury gave us a different impression than reality. The pictures give make the apartment look fabulous. The apartment served our family and friends well. Very close to town and had it been winter the ski in and out feature would have been more assable. Spring skiing made skiing in and out difficult and we ended up driving to the gondola everyday, (walking down and up the hill"
