"The hotel Yzistel was so beautiful, everything is up to date, clean and chic. It's situated a short walk from the old market. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, accommodating all our needs. There was construction in the building opposite which could not be helped and could only be heard from the pool but did not diminish our stay in the least. I would come back again and recommend it to anyone. We miss it already!"

"Very clean, freshly cooked breakfast and the staff were fantastic and were always available to help, even when needed an early breakfast one morning. Only two areas for improvement: There was no safe in the rooms and the smoking area is at the entrance to the hotel, which can sometimes result in smoke drifting into the hotel and up the stairs."

"Perfect hotel for our stay in Hoi An. Great location. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was the best of six hotels we stayed at in Vietnam. Pool was lovely after a day out adventuring. Close to the action. Hotel has some character. Our room was spacious and clean. Tried the restaurant for dinner and had a fabulous meal with live traditional entertainment. Service by the staff exceptional. I can't think of anything negative to say about the Signature. It was definitely 5 out of 5."
