"We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 "

"Older couple with a grandkid stayed 4 nights. I loved this place! A great location for access to the National Park & Cades Cove. The room was clean, quiet, and had a private little deck. The grounds are so pretty! And THREE pools. The parking was easy. Breakfast was quickly restocked when something ran out. The only thing that bothered me was the toilet was so close to the wall / paper roll. But after a day, I got used to it. Any employee we dealt with was very friendly."
