"Good location, clean and new premises. The spa is ok, however many people do not follow the rules of a spa. They don’t shower before entering the pool, they don’t shower before entering sauna or afterwards jumping in the spa from sauna…. They talk loudly when in groups…. there are signs about the rules but I believe there should be on other languages other than English and Japanese….."

"Room was clean and staffs was friendly, they offer access to the onsen of another hotel (10 minutes walk) which belongs to the same group. Very near Takayama station and walkable to the morning market and the old town district. The only problem is with their air ventilation system, we constantly smell smoke in the room which coming off from the air vent, we have to open the door to let fresh air come in the whole night. "
