"Everything about the hotel was excellent. The breakfast was hearty and thoroughly enjoyable. The onsen was fantastic, with thoughtful details such as rotating the men’s and women’s baths daily, which reflects great consideration in the design. There are plenty of spacious lounging areas, making the hotel feel open and comfortable. I loved the art direction and creative curation throughout the property—especially the boutique shop that highlights local producers, as well as the way the hotel shares the stories of the artisans behind the interiors and details on each floor. Overall, it offers great value for money. I highly recommend opting for the breakfast package."

"The decor was just beautiful. Very modern. The staff were great, all very helpful and friendly. Great location. Our room was perfect. I could have stayed a lot longer. The onsen was wonderful. The only complaint would be that if you have expensive French champagne on the menu, keep it in the fridge! Especially on NYE. But other than that, this hotel is one of the best hotels I've stayed in."

"It’s walkable to the station and shopping areas and at the same time it’s in a quiet neighborhood. The check in was swift and so as the check out. You’ll get free coupon for beverage at the lobby every day of your stay. They also have a manga area if you want to read some. The room is clean and really fancy looking."
