Great location, whisper quiet room, 4 beds with lots of room. Very generous hosts with free drinks. We enjoyed the free calligraphy and origami activity. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hugely welcoming when you arrive. The staff are lovely and the hotel is spotless. We had breakfast (Japanese both days) and a dinner here, which was all superb. The hot bath is really well set up too. Hotel is between the station and old town, so a perfect location.

We were made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived. The staff are warm and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and even did our washing. This place is amazing. We were picked up from the station and was an easy drive. Owned by a chef who cooked us the most amazing dinner and breakfast. Dinner was one of the best Italian meals I have had with fantastic service and great wine. Breakfast was also the best I have had in Japan as they are generally not that great at it. We booked a superior double room queen bed, non smoking room,this hotel is new and modern it has a lovely spacious dining room for breakfast. There is a thermal bath and sauna for tourists who want to wear their swimmers on the top floor which has great views there is also a men and women only thermal bath if you want to go naked.
