Rooms we had this time was dirty. Aircon in Room 910 was faulty . Toilet door in 916 was not able to close without locking the door . Compared to our stay a week ago , this level 9 rooms are not upgraded with international charging ports

The convenience of the location was the best part of the stay - right next to Taipei Main Station. The staff was friendly and the gym was very nice. The property design and decor is quite dated and the rooms are small. It would be nice for them to expand the gym hours to earlier which is more normal for hotels.

Will book again if i go taipei again, because it is near to MRT (Taipei Main Station). Only thing to complain will be bed, which is shaking) and toilet flushing is sometimes not able to clear.

The elevators run independent of each others. We had to press elevator buttons two times. One for two off the elevator s and another for the 3rd elevator. Otherwise we have very pleasant stay at the hotel. Highly recommended

I stayed 5 nights and got more than 20 mosquitoes bites. Every night stay up to fight with mosquitoes. I thought it’s only happened in my room but heard some guesses complained the same situation from the same floor in the elevator.

Very conveniently located. It’s just 2 min walk on the left of M3 exit from the Taipei MRT station. The exit is connected to MRT lines, Airport Express trains and Taipei train line. There is also an underground shopping street.

Location: Excellent! It’s next to the Main Station which is like the transportation hub. You can walk a few meters outside the hotel and ride the escalator down to the MRT or walk across the street and enter the main station which has snacks and restaurants. 7-11 is a few meters to the left of the hotel (facing out) and Family Mart is to the right. Room: it definitely needs some updating. There is no drawers or shelves to put your clothes besides the tiny closet with a few hangers and the safe. Only two outlets at not really convenient plates unless you want to unplug the lamps. We got the one bedroom suite and moved mid-way in the trip for another room because the electricity went out in the original room. The second room is almost the same exact layout and has a weird, not pleasant smell. On the plus side, maintenance and housekeeping is a snap. It’s the fastest service I have ever had experience. Would I stay again? Even though room was clean, service was fast, and location is great, I would probably not stay again. I need storage areas to lay out my clothes, outlets for my tablets, phones, internet box, etc, and a more modern feel so it doesn’t feel stuffy. With a little one traveling with me, the furniture and layout also didn’t work too well for me.

So good, that I have always opt to stay at Cosmos
This would be my 5th or 6th stay with Cosmos, as usual, I enjoyed the breakfast and room amenities. Small things that matter to me were the option of toilet paper dispenser (rolls, not pulls). Having 2 pillows and 1 bolster on each bag (matters greatly to people with chronic case of sinusitis). Enjoyed the welcome drink at the cafe and love the selection of the products available there. Bought 12 eco bags for drinks there for family & friends. The front desk team was also prompt in responding with my emails & queries. If any, room for improvement, would be for the team to be mindful of consistency in tone of voice to keep it friendly & welcoming. Otherwise, all great. Keep it up, Cosmos!

Service is prompt. Nice stay for family and beside train exit M3. The basic amenities are good. Some minor issues like soundproof etc. it’s a good stay. Will be back.
