"Loved my short stay, the only thing missing is a pool!! Beautiful ascetics, every piece of furniture and every corner is beautiful done. The vibrant colours and lush furnishings. Really lovely friendly staff, food was delicious, bed super comfty with Egyptian cotton, they felt like 1600 threat count! Lovely bathroom. "We had a wonderful time! However; there are a few issues that prevents me from giving 5 stars. The AC wasn’t working properly therefore our room was hot. The parking situation to get to and from the rooftop was quite a task, the parking elevator was not working; there was black stuff between the tiles in the shower- a little bleach would take care of that and finally the food on the 2nd floor was somewhat subpar. "We had a wonderful stay at the Pepper Club Hotel. Regrettably only 1 night and had I known how nice it would have been, would have spent more nights. Copa the in-house restaurant was a great experience for dinner too. Luzuko our waiter was fantastic, plus the food was delicious!
