Rooms were good and the beds were comfortable. Showers were okay but could be a bit cleaner or have shower doors/curtains to keep the remainder of the bath dry. Other than than the staff were friends, location was amazing, with a easy check in/check out

Would only stay again if desperate

Would only recommend staying here if you really need somewhere to stay for a night...I arrived quite late due to a delayed flight to Sydney but it was still loud downstairs. Then there was no bedding in my room so I had to sleep with no bedding. The shower cubicles also smelt in the morning and weren't very clean. I also didn't see a single member of staff there during my stay. Overall not a very positive experience.

日本人のayaさんという方がいらっしゃり、とても丁寧に対応してくださ入りました。色んな人が出入りする為それなりの清潔感ですが、最低限に清潔感が保たれて快適に過ごせました。滞在者の方々のマナーが守られて快適だったのも、スタッフの皆さんのおかげだなと思います。立地は、town hallから歩いて30分で問題なし！24時間のcolesというgrocery shopも歩いて10分圏内になりとても便利でした！！ホステル生活に慣れてる方ならとても快適に問題なく過ごせると思います。
