Very quiet, and rooms are spacious with easy parking. But I would say the hotel missed a few tricks. Firstly, the night I arrived I had a meal and a beer and the food was good but I probably would had another drink but staff were inattentive. Another couple of nights room service QR code came up as no vendors despite it being 8 pm. You can call for room service, by which time delivery services become easier.

Slightly sticky floor in room. Otherwise, always like the Atura. It has a good vibe. Loved the online check in / out. Maybe an extra bar staff member when it is busy - especially if they are expected the make cocktails for a function.

Great for western suburbs business trip

Rare find in Sydney outer suburbs to have a hotel where the rooms are so quiet and comfortable. Bistro serves good food and a few days a week there’s the option of the pub on the hill. Spot on for a business trip where you work out west

The pool, bar and restaurant area are great. Seems a bit like a resort which was nice. There was also a kid's room which was great. Unfortunately the restaurant service was very slow and not overly friendly.

Very eclectic and quirky hotel, with rooms just as much so. Truly loved it! Super comfy bed and divine smelling bathroom products, eminent of the Australian bush. Attached to the Blacktown drive in cinema which is a unique and fun attraction. The Royal Cricketer’s Arms hotel next door is a great option for dining out. The food is incredible and the atmosphere is even more unique, it has so much character. Truly a memorable stay. Would return! Only ranked the service as average as I found the reception staff to be lacking in energy and not the friendliest, but understandable for this time of year. No complaints otherwise.
