The place was fantastic with a number of really helpful amenities such as towels and robes, shampoo and shower gel, dishwasher tablets, sugar, coffee pods etc… Communications were great, and the hosts were evening responding when we had a slight issue on Saturday evening. We would definitely recommend and are hopefully going to book again for our next family gathering sometime. "

"Excellent accommodation and a really nicely renovated building. The rooms were spacious and in immaculate condition with an excellent range of facilities. I was on business in the area for the week and the owner kindly welcomed me and provided delicious breakfasts each morning. "A lovely place in a lovely setting. Checking in was very quick with staff being attentive, pleasant and professional. The only niggle was…The weather was very warm and when we first arrived in the room all windows were closed. It heat in the room was unbearable. There was a floor standing fan which we put on straight away. There was also no fridge in the room. I appreciate that other upgrade rooms had a fridge, but I thought nowadays all hotels had at least a fridge for water and other drinks. A small thing that could be sorted as there was more than enough space in the room to put one. It doesn’t take away the experience we had in staying at this hotel and would return."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Leonardo Hotel in Cheltenham! From the moment I arrived, the staff were fantastic — incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which really set the tone for a relaxing visit. The hotel itself was very clean and felt safe throughout, which I really appreciated. The leisure facilities were a great bonus and added to the overall comfort of the stay. With the heatwave during my visit, I was also grateful for the number of fans provided in the room — it made a big difference and showed the hotel’s attention to guests’ comfort. All in all, a great experience with excellent service, clean and well-maintained facilities, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others! "
