"The hotel was very spacious and quite, and has a great location next to the lake. If you like to take morning walks with a nice view of the gardens and lake, it is perfect for you. The only problem I had was, it was hard to communicate with everyone at the hotel, specially when no one speaks English! "Excellent service. Hotel had small fire but under control. The best part is how they deal with emergency. They put guest satisfaction at first. Beside the great service, the hotel is beautiful. You get the view of the Jingji lake and the door of the east. Very convenient to the mall and countless restaurants on the Ligongdi,easy subway ride to the old town as well. I will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended! "
