"I chose this hotel because it has a shuttle from the airport and Expedia advertised'breakfast included'. The shuttle was 10 minutes late. Crown moulding is falling off the ceiling, and breakfast is not included, it is not. The room was clean and quiet though."

"I had a wonderful experience staying at the Holiday Inn in Edmonton. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — everything felt fresh and well maintained. The bed was excellent, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the in-room amenities (Wi-Fi, TV, coffee station) worked perfectly. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and major routes. Parking was straightforward, and I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. A highlight was the breakfast — a nice selection of hot and cold options, all fresh and well presented. The staff in the dining area were attentive and kind, which made mornings even better. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re in Edmonton for business or leisure, the Holiday Inn provides fantastic value, comfort, and service.
