The staff were professional and courteous explaining third party booking issue and took care of moving us promptly. "The communication with the host was excellent. She was so quick to respond to a couple of my questions! The place was spotless and the view absolutely breathtaking! We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony, new couches, and the small bedroom with privacy was perfect."

"When we arrived early we went to the bar at the location and a cockroach ran across the counter. When we went in the lobby it had a very bad smell and there was someone at the registration desk for his interview and there was a misunderstanding and he was told his interview was cancelled and he left yelling and threatening the property. We went up to our room and it had a smell and the front door didn’t seem secure. We are 2 women on vacation and didn’t feel safe or comfortable so we went to get a hotel room somewhere else. We did not stay there. For as much money I was charges I expected better accommodations. I called the number I had for the reservation and reported the issues. Very disappointed. "

"Always a great time. Separate park lot for bikes during Biketoberfest/ bike week, very secure. Tiki bar is awesome, Kelly is bartender in evenings and is the best! "
