"The house exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed- towels, blankets, beach chairs, kitchen items, Netflix, nearly on the beach, garage parking. It was perfect for anniversary weekend trip. We had great meals at Margarita island and Alexander’s Prime. Took the fitness hike at Riverbend Nature Park. Went to Herman and the Hermits concert starring Peter Noone at the Ormond Beach Performing Arts Center. Great trip!"

"Overall we had a lovely experience, there was plenty of room for all of our family, the kids loved the pool and the beach access was our favorite part. We had a few plumbing issues and one was taken care of quickly, the other we had to wait until Monday, so we were not able to use the kitchen sink or dishwasher as it was backed up and leaking on the kitchen floor and the bottom floor below. That was fixed on Monday and we had no further issues. We didn't use the grill until later in the week, but my husband mentioned that it was not cleaned and we ran out of propane, we finished our meal on the stove. The only other issue we had was finding the 5th bedroom. On the description, it said 2nd floor guest room and we looked everywhere upstairs and down and someone finally went out to the garage and found it on the other side. All in all we had a wonderful time on the beach making memories."

"Our family of 6 stayed 4 nights-there was plenty of room. The condo is professionally decorated. We have not previously stayed at a rental so well stocked. The ocean view is gorgeous. We saw beautiful sunrises and even saw a rocket launch during our stay. The owner is very nice and met us when we arrived. She gave us a thorough orientation to the unit. In addition, there are user manuals for the appliances and everything is well organized. "

"The property was a bit on the older side but had very comfortable beds. The TV in the living room was excellent. The two recliner rocker chairs were the best part about our relaxing time. It was quite and close to everything we needed in the area. The host was very accommodating with suggestions and advice."
