"Firstly - it isn’t the Radisson Blue Hotel anymore! I was very confused when my taxi stopped at the address and not one Radisson Hotel sign anywhere! It is now called Paradox Hotel. My booking was honoured and I was given an upgrade which was a lovely surprise. The concierge was absolutely lovely and explained the change of the hotel to Paradox Hotel. Hotel staff were lovely. The room was absolutely stunning and faultless. Location is perfect."

"Really lovely hotel. Slightly dated interiors but still very smart. Loud TV in the room next door early in the morning - the walls weren’t that thick! But after a call to concierge they sorted it out very quickly (The guest had departed). Lovely staff and fabulous location."
