"The property was in a great location and the bedrooms and outdoor area were a good size. But the provisions were basic - eg we needed to purchase toilet paper on our first morning. The finishes and layout were also a bit strange and not considered functionally and so it very much had a vibe of being an economical renovation for short term accommodation purposes, rather than a considered reno or anyone's home. It had a bit of a strange smell. Overall it was ok."

"They charged exorbitant cleaning fee and a resort fee as well. Resort fee for a townhouse? They sent an email that took me to their property management portal instructing how I could park car there. Upon arriving at the property, I was told that there was no parking spot and the email sent out was a mistake that the property manager blamed on Amazon Web Service outage. I was very disappointed that the property manager refused to own this mistake and he refused to cover my parking fees which mind...

"We had a lovely time at this property—especially my teenage daughter who enjoyed all the vintage clothing shops nearby. Our family especially enjoyed eating in the kitchen with the beautiful views of the backyard garden. If you like to shop in small, independently owned stores, this is a great place to stay."

"Stayed here with my extended family (4 adults & 4 children) over the Christmas period. Had everything we needed and never felt overcrowded. Even had a reasonable size garden for the kids to play in. Walking distance to St Peter’s station and Marrickville metro. Lots of family friendly restaurants nearby. Highly recommend. "

"All 7 of us had a wonderful time in this beautiful property. Its proximity to the train line and the city was perfect. The beautiful leafy suburb was so quiet and peaceful. The house itself had so much space for us all to spread out in. We would definitely come back."
