Our flight got delayed and we missed a day and the hotel was kind enough to hold onto our reservation even though it was clearly a popular time for tourists. They also checked us in extremely late and treated us with kindness all the way through. The staff was always courteous, kind, and helpful in making us feel comfortable during our stay and also helped me with a broken dryer that I was trying to use, and never once acted like it was something that was annoying or too difficult.
