The kitchen is complete and the host provided food / breakfast which is very helpful. It is so close to palace so we can enjoy all traditional things around here. "First off, good luck getting a taxi that can actually find this place. The taxi dropped me off and then I spent an hour trying to locate the place on foot. It ended up being a 25 minute walk to the other side of town with all my luggage in tow on a hot and sunny day which was very unpleasant. Once I arrived, check in was easy. The accommodation was very basic which I didn’t mind because I only needed a place to sleep for one night. The shower leaked water all over the sleeping area even though...

"Just wrapped up a ten night stay here and it was amazing. This is the first time I’ve left a hotel and not thought, “I can’t wait to sleep in my own bed.” Seriously, it was the best hotel stay of my life. Don’t get me started on the mattress and water pressure.
Highly recommend their restaurants, Boccalino and Maru. The service was consistently outstanding and the food was delicious.
And lastly, a shout-out to the housekeeping staff as well. Our room was extremely clean and well stocked, and the daily gifts during turndown service were something that we always looked forward to.
