"The location is great. The hotel is old and beaten down but it's clean and lively. Its in the heart of a busy area so if you stay on the 1st floor the noise from the street will be a part of your stay. It's not too bad though actually adds a nice vibe to the stay. I had a problem checking in on time becasue the roads were closed by protests that day and the hotel couldn't really offer anything to help like moving my booking to the next day or refund my booking so I can book somewhere I can get...

Breakfast is 109 times better than the Hilton Hotel that I stau d at last month near the airport Minneapolis. Desk staff Kadir, and Zakiya, hotel manager Taner and staff Erdem all addressed me by name from the first day. Very central location to everything."

"The hotel is in a great place, very close to the Blue Mosque and many shops bars and restaurants. It has a wonderful roof top restaurant with fantastic views across the city - lovely view whilst eating your breakfast. Great food served too. My only criticism is our double room was very very small, there was only one bedside cabinet - no room for two and only one chair at the tiny table. "

"The staff was excellent! Special mention to Hussein who went out of his way to be helpful! The location was excellent to walk to all of the tourist sites and the tramway was also close by.
