I did not like this hotel after getting a real guest service from a different hotel at the same time just a week ago. This hotel was Terribly overpriced for what you get. The room was nothing special, but the worst part was the valet service. They charged me without informing ahead of time. Also they did not mention anything at all, about the perks such as the food discount or room upgrade.

Clean and quiet. Perfect

I've stayed at this hotel quite a few times and it has always been good. A few minor issues in the past but my latest experience has been faultless. Cleanliness was excellent. The best I've experienced at any hotel in Turkey (unfortunately, this isn't difficult!). It's also very quiet and the location is great (there is a metro station nearby and plenty of options for buses).

unprofessional check-in lack of information no upgrade though when I asked the receptionist told me this is a superior level ( level 8 ), not the room no discount on food and drinks despite I informed myself. I told my room number wrong while ordering at room service, the one who answered the phone yelled at me on the phone because I said the wrong room number ( the receptionist connected the call so if had asked the receptionist the could easily have answered. After reservation, I texted on Expedia and asked if there is electric charging station is the hotel they said yes, which is true but you need your own cable, which I did not know, And the hotel charges the guest for parking , which is not normal as I stay over several well branded hotels where they don't.

Sehr gute preiswerte Unterkunft. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und sehr schnell. Sowohl beim Check-In, als auch bei Bestellungen aufs Zimmer. Zimmer hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht und ist genügend gross. Nur das Licht im Bad und Zimmer sind etwas ungünstig platziert (schlechte Belichtung und etwas dunkel). Das war aber kein grosses Problem.

Unsere Reservierung war für Park Dedeman sind dann aber ins Dedeman gekommen. Wunderschönes Hotel super nettes Personal. Zimmer waren sehr schön und gross super Aussicht auf die Prinzessin Inseln. Alles war super sauber.Hat auch eine tolle Rooftop Bar! Ist auch nicht weit von der Metro Station Bostanci.

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Sauberkeit war wirklich top – sowohl das Zimmer als auch die öffentlichen Bereiche waren stets sehr gepflegt und ordentlich. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich die Lage: Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die nächste Metro-Station war nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, was die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr sehr einfach machte.
