"I liked that it was easily accessible friendly staff and helpful the breakfast is great and some dinner menu items are good but I liked the bar food better I didn't like that there was no complementary coffee in the morning and the gift shop is cashless the rooms were clean and comfortable I also liked that the indoor pool is always open I would stay again because of all the things I mentioned that I liked"

The 20 dollar food credit per person was more than enough to cover the cost of a full breakfast plus leftovers that we made a sausage sandwich and a bacon sandwich and took to our room for later but had no microwave to heat it up. The staff was very curtious as well."

"The rooms are refurbished so they are clean and look nice. The exterior of the hotel is crumbling apart. Breakfast was light but very yummy and nutritious. Did not like the fact there was not coffee in the rooms. Shower was pretty weak. Overall, it was a pretty good stay."

We absolutely loved cripple Creek and it is a place we had not ever heard of so it was a hidden gem. surprised to find such nice accommodations at such reasonable prices."
