"Our kids ages 9 & 10 picked this hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The hotel needs a deep clean and updates. The pool was dirty and outdoor hot tub was closed. The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable. Convenient to area attractions."

"This was a nice property. The staff were helpful, the rooms and shared areas were very clean. Teddy bear in the lobby and the gnomes in the breakfast area added a nice touch. The pool / hot tub area being open until 11 helped us out A LOT. We needed that! The breakfast attendant was super nice and efficient and the breakfast itself was really good! Thanks for the great stay! Keep it up!"

"Everything was spic and span. Quiet neighborhood. There was a really nice bar close by a breakfast and lunch place also and an Italian restaurant. We did not check out. We plan to stay here again the next time we visit Divide. I loved sitting on the porch and rocking and this morning saw I heard of deer"

"Nice place, but they are renovating, so a lot of construction going on at the time. Minor inconvenience. Noisy in the morning but evening s were quiet. Staff friendly/helpful. Room was very nice, well appointed. We had a junior suite. Hotel is close to Pike’s Peak and Garden of the Gods. There’s an arcade right across the street that is fun. Hotel Bar and restaurant was okay. We had breakfast twice and dinner once. Filet minion was good."

"We had some hiccups with our visit, but the wonderful service at the hotel made up for all the things we ran into. Every time we flagged something, they quickly addressed and gave us a new room which improved our stay. I'd highly recommend this for families as there are so many amenities - many swim options, gym access, tennis courts, golf, and pickle ball. Plus the restaurants close by our amazing, don't miss the bakery and the pizza. Last but not least are the views... they are breath taking and if you get a mountain view from your room, you will not be disappointed."
