The 20 dollar food credit per person was more than enough to cover the cost of a full breakfast plus leftovers that we made a sausage sandwich and a bacon sandwich and took to our room for later but had no microwave to heat it up. The staff was very curtious as well."

"From the very beginning, we were greeted pleasantly, given wonderful advice about the town and stops and restaurants. Gena was so kind and helpful. We absolutely loved cripple Creek and it is a place we had not ever heard of so it was a hidden gem. surprised to find such nice accommodations at such reasonable prices."

"Jason, the morning breakfast maker, made us DELICIOUS breakfast every morning. The guy mowing the yard (didn't catch his name) turned us on to The Mad Hatter for pizza and wings. Great tip. Great food. Employee's and guests were wonderful and you get the sense you are comfortably 'at home', which I believe is the whole 'vibe' they are shooting for. Room was small, but it worked. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND the INNHale property. We will definitely be back."

"The hotel was charming and the rooms and beds were comfortable. Checking in and staying at a hotel with no humans to answer questions was weird. No big problems but we would have appreciated more information about the restaurant and the TV. We did not find anyone to explain the times of the restaurant and there were few other choices. Victor is an interesting historical town and we wished the town had been cared for as well as the Victor Hotel has been. We'd stay there again if traveling anywhere nearby."
