"I would not recommend staying here if you want to get a good night's rest. You can literally hear everything through the walls, conversations, doors opening, footsteps, etc. Tried calling management to change my room, but they did not respond to my messages or answer the phone. Very disappointed, in particular to the response I received after I had checked out (see email acknowledging the issue)."

"Its was freezing cold...the bedding was so insufficient for the climate in Taranaki lots of snow on the mountain so they didn't accommodate for that...the AC rattled & warmth was at a minimum...there was no hot water the system had broken down Ibwentbto see the manager she wasnt available when we checked out...i left my number no responce as yet. So bad... I am expecting a refund of some kind but i cant reach the people so 🤔🤔"

"No breakfast buffet on a Sunday but had a la Carte menu which was awesome. Stayed 1 night was clean and comfortable. Would stay again."

"Nice rooms despised old hotel, I can only say that be careful when you get in the bathtub for shower. It is very high and not easy to get in , rest is all good, friendly staff, nice location, nice rooms."
