"Excellent stay, excellent service! Was helped by Jess at check in. She was cheerful and helpful which made the check in process enjoyable and breezy. The room was heavenly and really cosy, even managed a cheeky bath before I checked out. Only stayed for a night and didn't really get to check out the wonderful facilities there but I'll be sure to check it out when I come back again, because I definitely will be back! "Overall the hotel was good, it just has 1 major problem… there’s a lack of elevators. It’s a big hotel with only 2, so it’s very difficult to get in and out of the property. I wouldn’t stay there again unless I was on the first floor, and definitely don’t stay there if you’re elderly and can’t take the stairs."

We had a twin room and it was Very very small which was a little hard for us since we travelled from CA and had a lot of luggage this was only first stop in our trip. "Really pleased with visit. Friendly staff, our room was located at Hotel Thannet next to the the annex. Our room was fine for what we paid. Had tea and coffee, TV, shower gel. The bed was comfy. The hotel is deffo in need of investment - so if you want nice finishes and matching furniture it may not be for you. I’d happily stay again for the price and location. "
