The Tudor House Hotel, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire
10/10 Excellent
"This was our second stay at the Tudor House Hotel. This time we were on a long journey on the way home from a from France and had arrived off the ferry in Plymouth at 6am. When we arrived at the hotel we managed to find a place in the car park and as we were early, we went to check this was ok at reception. The deputy Manager Nisha was very welcoming, she could see that we were very tired and said she would arrange for an earlier check in for us. We went for brunch and for a look around the Abbey and our beautiful room was ready for us when we got back. Her kindness and professionalism meant so much to us during our long journey home. This hotel goes the extra mile to look after its guests. Thank you Nisha"
