The room smelled like pee, the pool had been closed by the health department because “no chlorine “ which could have been easily fixed, no wash cloths were provided.

Not very convenient entrance or exit from facility outside dirty disgusting ,breakfast,was disguting eggs were microwaved fruit rotton. Bed was hard as a rock. No phone in room. Will never use that hotel again. Or franchise.

We had ants in our room. I reported it to the front desk staff multiple times and they were never treated. I HIGHLY believe people are living at the motel! The stair well door was left open 24/7 and reeked of marijuana. The continental breakfast was very minimal. Only a couple of options.

Room is a toilet.
Was told on ck in that room 204 was my only option. Lousy maintenance: both bedside lamps did not work; threadbare linens; scarred collapsed furniture; no water glasses; no Kleenex; 2 bath towels, 1 bath mat, no hand towel or wash cloth; broken floor tiles in b/r; broken b/r fixtures; shower tiles moldy; walls in disrepair; b/r fan shook building; room furnishings would not be an acceptable donation to Goodwill; got few hours sleep and left at 3:30 a.m. to get away from this horrible excuse of a hotel. Have tried to add photos with no luck.

Stay Away from the Quality Inn Tracy.
Probably the most disgusting motel room for $100 I have ever seen. The advertisement is misleading in that it shows rooms that are accessible from the inside but customers are given the motel rooms accessible only from the outside. Upon the first few seconds of opening the door to the room I was met by two flies resting on the bed and some other unidentifiable insect with wings hovering over the bed. The room had a smell that you might get with a building that is 100 years old not anything in this century. The TV remote had dead batteries, and the pillows were miniature in size. After about an hour in the room and having the sensation of being bitten by something (possibly bed bugs) I had to leave. I checked in somewhere else for $50 more and a much better experience. It takes a lot of guts to name to have the word “Quality” in the name of this motel.

Bugs , trash, and remodel - less than quality
Flies everywhere, even at check in & at least a dozen or more in our room. Trash bathroom in lobby was overflowing both days we used the facilities. Trash outside the building was overflowing. Tables at breakfast were dirty & we wiped them down ourselves. Budget hotel pricing and it shows.
