"A very special stay with just my mom, my sister and my son. We loved everything about the house and the area. We enjoyed a lot of pool time, trips into Tampa and St. Petersburg. We enjoyed visiting local cafes and coffee shops. The ice cream at Kimis is amazing and OMG - the food at Calis Colombian cafe in Riverview is a must have. You must go!!! We took a golf cart tour in Tampa which was a lot of fun. We saw dolphins while sitting by the pool. This house is comfortable and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more!!! You will not regret booking this gorgeous home. We truly hated to leave. Eric is a fabulous host. He provided all the needed information and was always just a text away if we needed anything. Thank you Eric. "

"It was everything in the picture. There are 2 bathrooms, I just did not think about the one being in the master bedroom and 1 hall bath. Which was fine, but my teens had to keep coming in our room to shower or use the bathroom when hall bath was being used. The house was spacious with a lot of different seating options. The kids loved the pool and the teens loved the hot tub."

"Perfect vacation home in Tampa - Spacious, supplied everything we needed and more! From pool floaties, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing rods/ lures, soaps, wine! And our own private dock which we were luck to catch 4 different types of fish! The location was central to many of our excursions and our family had a wonderful time. Thanks again for hosting "

"The property is fantastic. There were 17 of us ages 64 to 3 years. Plenty of room for everyone. The kids walked the neighborhood and wanted us to buy a house there. There was an issue with the upstairs tv. Contacted the owner and they would fix the problem. The only negative was it was not cleaned properly. Owner said he will contact the cleaning crew. Would definitely book again!"
"We had a wonderful time staying here! It felt like our own private getaway. We had more interaction with the owners than previous places I’ve stayed, but that was totally okay because they were so kind, friendly and helpful! The house is at the end of a little inlet, so there’s not quite as much of an ocean beach-vibe as if you were to stay in one of the apartment buildings on the beach, but The Guesthouse offers so much more privacy and it truly feels like your own little oasis. With a pool, grill, and mini beach, there’s not much more you could ask for!"
