"V well located hotel. Only downside a little noisy if you are a light sleeper. No noise from other guests, but there is a large hospital across the street with ambulances arriving and departing at night-time. There are also homeless people in the area that can be heard at night-time. Might not be a problem at all for deep sleepers and the location is really good otherwise. Great facilities and excellent staff for a very good price."

"Chris and other members of Concierge team were very friendly and welcoming. Front staff were okay but didnt offer any info about the hotel such as options for breakfast or that there is a terrace. We liked the location, walkable to most sites. Pool, hot tub and sauna were a good bonus."

The staff were exceptional across the board—from the front desk to housekeeping and luggage management. Everyone was professional, warm, and genuinely attentive, making sure every part of our stay was comfortable and stress-free. The location is also fantastic. It’s very close to the Waterfront train station, making it incredibly convenient to get around Vancouver, explore nearby areas, and even travel to and from the airport with ease. Our room had a stunning view of the harbour—waking up to that scenery each day was unforgettable. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant spaces and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. It’s the kind of place where every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to coming back."

"We had a room on the 6th floor. The carpets were old and worn out. The room didn't come with a fridge or a microwave. When we asked the reception desk, they promptly sent a small portable fridge and a microwave. The rooms are pricey and parking is also expensive, due to the location. Other than that, the experience was reasonable."

"Excellent location near Canada Place with a good variety of restaurants nearby. The hotel is a bit old, but still in good condition. We're happy that it had a pretty big gym and an indoor pool and hot tub. We really wanted to try the restaurant and bar downstairs but didn't have the time. But it had a terrace with a nice view of the mountains. The rooms were a good size for the price. The only things I'll nitpick are that they had paper cups instead of proper glasses and mugs in the room, and the carpets made the interiors feel old. Overall, it was a good stay and would definitely consider coming back."
