"Really super small, but had everything we needed. "
"One of the cleanest and most beautiful cities I've been to. Hotel was in a very convenient location to the cruise ships and many terrific restaurants."
"This is an outstanding, classic and very elegant old school hotel in the center of downtown. It reminded us of the Plaza in NYC. Much is easily accessible, including Gastown and the waterfront. If you travel light and have a cruise booked, you can even easily walk to the docks and check in to your ship, though cabs are abundant. We booked a suite and were given a room that was impeccably appointed, not to mention spacious, with a huge walk-in closet and windows with multiple views of the city - one of the best rooms we've ever had. As for the staff, we've rarely encountered greater courtesy and professionalism. This is truly a 5 star hotel without pretentiousness. We couldn't recommend this hotel more highly. "
"Check in was super easy. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the bottle of wine that came with the VIP experience. In addition, while we were there we were able to use the Tesla for a ride to our dinner out. I would stay here again. "
