The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, with special thanks to Concierge Rafael, who went above and beyond to assist us whenever we needed help. The Executive Restaurant on the first floor served an excellent breakfast each morning, and its French cuisine in the evening was equally outstanding. We felt comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely well cared for during our stay. The hotel's hospitality made our visit even more enjoyable, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Had a great view from the 11th storey of the mountains. Room was clean and stocked every day for us. Pool and hot tub were nice and two restaurants in the hotel were convenient. The A/C acted up the second last night but we were offered a new room. We decided to stay put so they brought us a fan and that helped a lot. The next day they fixed the problem. Price was a little high but it was also FIFA nice to have fridge and microwave in room."
