"Lovely family room, large enough for all our needs. The room was well presented although the rocking horse seemed unnecessary. As a decorative piece it was fine, but spoilt by the keep off sign. Room clean but the blinds were a bit tired. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of room and lots of choice. We will use the ESN again on a future visit."

"Had a great stay. Staff were very friendly. The room was nice and clean. I also took my dogs. Very pleased with my stay."

"Needs a major upgrade. Poor heating due hardly being on and with insufficient window insulation. In fact sash windows can’t close so top of one window was stuffed with tissue. Had to improvise with a towel as the gap in middle needed blocking! General plumbing needs replacing as the smell wasn’t good and outside in the general area had air fresheners all over. Stairs and general decor is in poor condition. Big mistake not reading previous reviews 😡"

"The hotel was pretty but rundown. It had seen better years. No biscuits in room for coffee. Mattress bumpy, basic amenities. Bonus was they have a carpark but cost £8.00 per day to park. "

"Lovely clean airy room staff were very nice and welcoming great they have a bar great chef had evening meal breakfast included in the price great value cereal juice coffee and full English good portion size definitely recommend this hotel "

"lovely clean room and helpful staff . Worth noting that there is currently scaffolding on the front of the hotel - it was not good value to pay the extra for a seaview room only to look at scaffolding !"
