Highly recommend this hotel

Highly recommend this hotel. So clean , nice staff and the room was very spacious and warm. Breakfast was great and we also got a lunchbox one day for when we were leaving too early for breakfast. Great location, we walked everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was terrific and staff were helpful. My only complaints were that the bathroom drains smelled (old pipes, I assume) and the carpet was quite worn (though clean). It’s a simple, clean hotel and you will get what you pay for. Overall a good experience and I would return without hesitation.

Clean hotel with a great breakfast in a very convenient area of Krakow. Unfortunately for us it is kind of a noisy area with a lot of bars. With no air conditioning we heard a lot of noise coming in and it made it hard to sleep.

Checkin the card to the room didn’t work twice wasn’t impressed the reception man had to use his key card they do fix the issue after we came bck the room was ok good size bathroom good shower towels were old and dated and small the bed was comfy and so were the pillows the room was too hot so opened window but workmen woke us up around 7am!!! The breakfast was appalling mixed old hot with new hot food no decent choice of food the coffee machine didn’t work the restaurant staff rude area of the hotel didn’t feel safe and uber didn’t pick u up from hotel u have to go to a meeting point but they do drop u off

Unfortunately, the hotel is very close to a building site. I understand they can't do anything aboiy that, but it does mean you'll get woken up at 7am on weekdays when they start work. Wifi is provided, but is very unreliable. We were on the first floor and connection kept dipping in and out. I can only assume the floors above us were worse. On the plus side, breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with lots of choice. If you're having an early start and order a breakfast box, dont leave it till you're on the way out to collect it. We gave a time we needed ours, but it wasnt ready. Hotel is in a good location with bars, cafes, restaurants and a market within walking distance. Wawel castle is only a short walk away. The hotel is also very close to the tram / bus routes, and the tickets are pretty cheap. All in all, a good stay as long as you're not looking for a peaceful lie in.

I suffer from anxiety and panic as such I always book a hotel with room service and or a restaurant which on your site it states this hotel has which is why I booked it. When I got there only breakfast is served, no room service, no restaurant. Also I was in the attic with no air conditioning just a small fan. The area is very rundown with graffiti everywhere. This ruined my holiday totally. Money wasted
