"Relatively updated and clean for an older hotel. Eoom had microwave and medium sized fridge with small freezer. Great clean pool, but little shade in that area. Breakfast included a simple hot option, waffles, breads, cereals, juices, coffee. Cebtrally located and close to many restaurants, downtown, and the port. Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend for the price and location. "

"The hotel itself was fairly nice overall. The property was very clean, and the rooms were immaculate and well designed. My favorite feature was definitely the kitchenette setup with the microwave and full-size refrigerator, which made the stay much more comfortable for families. The staff was kind and helpful throughout the stay. While customer service was good, I do think a little more enthusiasm and warmth from the team would have elevated the experience. One downside was the TV setup. There were no direct Netflix or Prime Video options through the remote, although you could cast to the television, which was helpful. The biggest issue, however, was the pool. We specifically chose this hotel because it had a pool for our kids, only to arrive and find out that it was broken and inaccessible for the entire weekend. Unfortunately, the pool is one of the hotel’s primary amenities, so this was extremely disappointing and significantly impacted our stay, especially since the kids ended up spending most of the trip confined to the room. I understand that unexpected maintenance issues happen, but when a major amenity is unavailable for an entire stay, I do believe the hotel should consider offering guests some form of credit or accommodation adjustment. That would go a long way toward customer satisfaction and fairness. Overall, the hotel has a lot of positives, especially the cleanliness and room setup, but the pool situation definitely affected the overall experience."

"Great location near to Safety harbor, not far from St Pete."

"The room was extremely dirty when we arrived. We asked for another room which was also dirty. We decided it was best to leave so we checked out within 30 minutes of checking in. We were informed that they couldn't refund any of our fees for our 2 night stay. They also wouldn't refund us for the pet fee even though we canceled our stay. Property is poorly maintained. Base boards were falling off, missing or stapled to the wall. Dirt, dist and hair was all over both rooms we were given. We booked another hotel a few minutes away for less and it was much nicer."
