"The hotel and experience was amazing. I normally don't leave reviews, but I was compelled to. I surprised my mom for mother's day and wanted to stay on the beach. The Chart House is literally across the beach from the hotel and marina. The hotel is super clean and I loved the smell of clean when we walked in. The staff are so nice and accommodating. Any extra things needed in the room were taken care of quickly. Also extra kudos to Vanessa and team at the chart house. I left my expensive sneakers at the hotel. They recovered them, I created a UPS label for pick up and Vanessa was so nice to box up my sneakers for me. The intimacy and attention to detail from the Chart House was amazing and thank for making Mother's day more special. We will definitely be back."

"We had a “Gulf view” but it actually overlooked the parking lot and then you could see the gulf. The beach wasn’t a private beach which I now know to look for before booking. Chairs were $50 a day so it was either pay $50 or sit on a towel. The menus at the restaurants were essentially all the same. Aside from that the kids had a great time in the pools and hot tubs and especially loved free ice cream every day"

"Relatively updated and clean for an older hotel. Eoom had microwave and medium sized fridge with small freezer. Great clean pool, but little shade in that area. Breakfast included a simple hot option, waffles, breads, cereals, juices, coffee. Cebtrally located and close to many restaurants, downtown, and the port. Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend for the price and location. "

"I like the place it was clean little pricey, but it was a Saturday on Clearwater Beach so what do you expect? Staff was super cool. room had a fun view. It was nice. I liked it. Fun place to stay if you decide last minute to stay in town but book early in the day. We checked in around four and the whole hotel was booked out by 8P. I didn’t like that there wasn’t a shower door and water got everywhere. For me personally I was a little annoyed that I couldn’t get the breakfast sandwich for my free breakfast option. For 20 bucks for two people it wasn’t anything to write home about, but it was nice that the lady at the counter cooked my eggs to order, she was very friendly too. Those are pretty much the only cons. I would stay here again if I was in town, preferably not on a weekend."

"Room and property appeared run down. Broken patio door, leaking shower head, broken toilet seat. Bathroom faucet was loose. Room overlooked equipment area so even though it was a “gulf view” it was dirty and noisy and they did a poor job trying to cover the equipment. This was very subpar from what I would expect from a Hilton Property and won’t stay there again"
