"The room wasn’t ready when we arrived after check-in time. No problem, things happen. The room felt pretty clean but missing towels so I was worried they rushed through cleaning. Electricity in our bathroom was not working. They fixed it, but a pretty big inconvenience when trying to get ready to leave. Lighting in the bathroom is terrible even after it got fixed. Phone did not work. The hot tub is on a beautiful rooftop. During our 3 day stay, it was overrun with unsupervised children the whole time. There are not enough elevators for the number of rooms in the hotel. "

"Very, very outdated. Very rundown. People wandering around dropping off food brochures because they don’t lock any of the doors. Mold on the shower head. One ice machine for the whole complex and lots of standing water. Overall, just a very worn out hotel. "
