"Honestly nothing to complain about the staff , service ,, have go back to Houston next month , definitely will stay at the hotel ."

"The suite we had was spacious and clean, with two comfortable queen size beds, and a desk and sofa. A nice small variety of hot drink options (coffee/tea) and mini fridge in the room. In our suite (which was an accessibility one), the area with the sofa and desk was not really a separate room, so lighting from there would also affect someone in bed (unlike another hotel I have stayed at where in the suite there was a door between the sofa sitting area and the bed area. Airport shuttle was easy and prompt - departed the hotel each 1/2 hour (but get there 10 minutes early to make sure you catch it as it left a little early when we took it). Free breakfast was good. We enjoyed it more than some other hotels in the IAH airport area. "

"Everything was great except for the shuttle service. We waited for 45 minutes and then when the tiny van showed up there were 30 people trying to get on board for a ride. PLEASE GET A BIGGER SHUTTLE!!!"
