"This is a great tiny house to stay in. First off there’s not too many tiny houses that offer a king size bed that is not up in a loft area. With the king size bed in the room it is a little tight walking around, but you’re hardly ever in the room anyway. The kitchen is very functional if you need to cook or do anything like that which I do and it was great. Would sit on the outside patio do a little bit of work sitting outside and enjoying the evening. If you’re looking for a nice little weekend...

"My husband and I and our dog wanted to do a weekend getaway. It was only 2 hours from home, however, it was majestic! The property was immaculate. Lush green manicured lawns with amazing trees everywhere. The minute we pulled into the driveway, we knew we had made a great choice. Check in and check out was seamless. "We loved our apartment, it was just the right amout of space for our family of 3. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed! The only thing I would add to the apartment we stayed is blackout curtains. The sun and noise from the east side was a bit annoying. The rooftop pool has a beautiful view of the river, we enjoyed it the most. "

"We stayed here for the solar eclipse, and I can tell you that the pictures of this property don’t do it justice. Yes, from the front it looks like an overgrown shed, but I assure you it’s so much more than that! Inside it’s airy and spacious with room for everyone to hang out together. "This was my second time visiting Austin and I cannot say enough about the city and the host. She called me a few days in advance to check in and inform me how to reach her. Her home is stunning, functional, and very clean. You can tell a lot of pride is taken in the maintenance of her property. We had to have a package sent to her home before our arrival and she informed us when it was delivered. I greatly appreciated all her help in making our stay smooth and enjoyable. "There were 7 ladies and we had a wonderful time. The listing had that there was a pool maybe just an error otherwise everything was perfect. Unfortunately the pontoon was down for repairs but maybe that saved us from sunburns lol my friend loved the king bed so much that she ordered one online as best of sleep in years just awesome"

"The cottage had everything we needed from drinks and snacks to toothpaste. The best place we have stayed at in Dripping Springs. The grounds were beautiful and the location was perfect. We will definitely stay here again. Very comfortable accommodations."

"The property and area were first class. I wish the pool would have been open. It seems that its in a lawsuit and the pool and restaurant area is closed. It may open this summer, but according to other homeowners they were unsure if it would even open at all this summer. Future guest may want to look into this if you are wanting a pool to go too."

We continue to return because it's a great space located in the beautiful Circle C neighborhood - great area to walk in green spaces, less than a mile to the Wildflower gardens, minutes from the highway but super quiet, easy to access whatever you want to do in Austin and about 35 minutes to Hill Country! "House was clean and quiet. Little difficult to get to for the first time at night. Recommend getting there during daylight for the first time. Otherwise the house exceeded our expectation and was great."

"Cute cabin, newly updated throughout, small yet has everything you need for a weekend or a week. Very quiet area off of the beaten path. Hot tub is huge but the water was a little murky so did not use. It's nothing that a few chemicals won't resolve. Have your own parking spot which is super nice."
