"I sat in the lobby trying to call the office for late check in for 30 minutes and could not get anyone to answer I ended up having to go to another hotel to get a room. I called the next morning to get a refund and was told “ I was working last night and didn’t get a single call” was told he needed to call his manger and would call me right back. I never got a call back or money back."

They welcomed my service dog with open arms and the accommodations were good as I like the full-size fridge in the room. The shower even has a nightlight on the wall very nice and comfortable mattress just the right size room"
