"This was our third annual family gathering in Vista Linda and this property had it all, from the peaceful view from the patio and balconies, the fun game room, sparkling pool and hot tub, to the well stocked kitchen with fresh cut flowers. Karen was super responsive and very accommodating with check-in and check-out. Only wish we had more time to put those fishing rods, paddle boards and kayaks in the garage to use. Thanks for a great stay!"

"The house was fabulous. There was ample space for our 13 guests and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and dining room had all you needed for a large group. The view from the pool was gorgeous and the large hot tub made outside entertainment fabulous. The extra dock area was perfect for late night entertaining. This is a great house. "

"This was the perfect home for our last minute getaway. We only needed to worry about food because the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. We have stayed in this area 4 times and this is my favorite river/water access for kayaking and playing in the sand. The pool is amazing. It was too cold to fully enjoy it but you hardly see pools this deep. Look forward to staying again. "

"The view was spectacular. The home was nice & pretty much as described. The hot tub water was "murky" (we still used it because the pool was still cold for this time of the year). The other issues that we dealt with included being provided 1 roll of paper towels, along with 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom. WiFi was spotty at best so getting reception for the TV's throughout the property was frustrating. The master bedroom restroom sliding glass door would stick & jump off the rails. There were plenty of towels, beds were comfortable which was nice. Definitely bring anything you might need for cooking as there was only salt & cinnamon provided. We would return better prepared for sure. It was nice that HEB was not too far. "
