"Our first Austin Family Vacation home was the best kid-friendly place we have ever encountered anywhere, but we could only rent until Thursday morning, and we needed two more nights to finish out our week with my 3 grandchildren (ages 3-10) and their parents. We felt exceptionally fortunate to be able to rent this great home in such a great location for our family for our last couple of days in Austin! Outside of the ping pong in one of the garages, the property itself did not have much for on-sight family/kids activities and we weren't there long enough to take advantage of the neighborhood association amenities, but would definitely recommend and return when we could spend more time! "

"This house was really nice. The view was fantastic! Plenty of rooms and beds and bathrooms. Could use more outdoor furniture to take advantage of the amazing multi-level decks.
The extra guest house was great for our out-of-town family who were recovering from time zone changes. Great privacy for them to sleep in.
One oddity is that the second floor has no bathroom. Not a hugh problem but it did mean a trip up or down stairs.
Some of the furniture could use refurbishing. The seat cushions on some chairs didnt always feel sturdy.
My biggest complaint is that the house is managed by an outside agency, not by the home owner directly thru VRBO. This meant that the cancellation policy was very different and much more restrictive. Just be aware if you think your plans might change."
