"After checking into the hotel, it was continuously noisy. Children were running around, and there was constant noise from people in the lounge as well as loud thumping sounds from the floor above, making it impossible to rest comfortably. Even after 10 PM, conversations were still loud, so it was difficult to sleep. The building is very old, and there is almost no soundproofing. The bathroom ventilation fan is extremely loud, and you can clearly hear the toilet flushing from the room above. Overall, it was very disappointing for the price. "

"The staff at check in there was 3 ladies who sat there and did not greet us, completely ignored us until I said hello we need to check in. The room smelt awful, extremely musty. They had 3 small square throw like pillows on our bed for me and my husband. We asked for additional pillows and they told us they had no more to hand out. I do not recommend this place at all. "

"Perfect spot outside of zion"

"Whether you consider this property to be a good value for the money will depend on how much you value some of the amenities like the tennis courts, the basketball court, the ability to kayak on a little artificial lake, the pools, etc. They were not of much interest to me, so my $200-a-night tent felt very pricey. I ended up just driving home late on my last afternoon/evening and not even spending the final night there. I just didn’t care for the “noisy campground” feel of the place. Still, there aren’t many options on the east side of Zion National Park, so you may choose to stay here anyway if you are going to pursue activities in this area like I did. "

"Close to National Park. Close to general stores and EV charging stations. Rooms are very old even though they were renovated. Beds are comfortable. Shower pressure was not very high."

"Our rom was large with high ceilings. Warm, comfy blankets and quiet our best sleep of our road trip from CA to WY and back to CA. Definitely would stay here again. "
