"Staff was very friendly, room was clean but very old and smelly, the door to bathroom did not close. Briekfast was fine. "

"Good: King bed, parking right in front of room, dogs welcome and has a fenced run. Bad: Refrigerator was really noisy, walls let quite a bit of noise in from neighbors, Direct TV was not usable, message was “router being serviced”. "

"The room i paid for the shower didn't work, we didn't know this until after being settled in for a hour. We had to change rooms and the next room was smaller and the bathroom light kept flickering off and on. The elevator was extremely slow when it worked and so we ended up using the stairs( we were on the 4th floor by the way). Management needs to do better. "

"I arrived about 1am. Hotels.com booked my room for the following night since it was after midnight. The desk clerk on duty was so accommodating in helping me get a room for the current night. He even made me popcorn because I was hungry. I give him 10 stars! Excellent customer service. "

"Room was dirty. Very dusty. We found pills and darts for a nerf gun around the bed. AC didnt work. There was a floor fan in the room and it was covered in dust. The beds didnt have a comforter only had 2 sheets on both beds... which was fine because it was so hot in the room at night. The hallways didnt appear to be vacuumed. 2nd floor by laundry area appeared to have severe water damage on the wall and the wall was severely cracked. Outside of the proper the grass areas were covered in dog poop. "
