"Check-in was a breeze. This hotel deals with a lot of people extremely efficiently. The pool and hot tub were pretty busy and a bit of a hike from our roomso we unfortunately did not use them. The breakfast buffet was pretty good and again, despite the amount of people, we got in pretty quick. Overall, I would recommend this place."

"The staff at check in there was 3 ladies who sat there and did not greet us, completely ignored us until I said hello we need to check in. The room smelt awful, extremely musty. They had 3 small square throw like pillows on our bed for me and my husband. We asked for additional pillows and they told us they had no more to hand out. I do not recommend this place at all. "

"Whether you consider this property to be a good value for the money will depend on how much you value some of the amenities like the tennis courts, the basketball court, the ability to kayak on a little artificial lake, the pools, etc. They were not of much interest to me, so my $200-a-night tent felt very pricey. I ended up just driving home late on my last afternoon/evening and not even spending the final night there. I just didn’t care for the “noisy campground” feel of the place. Still, there aren’t many options on the east side of Zion National Park, so you may choose to stay here anyway if you are going to pursue activities in this area like I did. "

"Close to National Park. Close to general stores and EV charging stations. Rooms are very old even though they were renovated. Beds are comfortable. Shower pressure was not very high."
