"My room was right next to the steps and the noise from upstairs was terrible. I was supposed to have a cabin. I would not call it a resort. The pictures on line might have been from one of the newer cabins. Not happy at all but"

"The breakfast was the same every morning, would have liked a little variation and some decaf coffee. My friends stayed across the street and their choices were more varied. My room had a funky smell - musty. It was very clean just didn’t smell great. Initially there was an issue with my reservation. The woman at the front desk desk was fabulous at resolving this quickly."

"The room itself was fine. I was expecting a separate cabin and instead shared a duplex unit with neighbors who were NOT HAPPY and slamming and stomping around most of the night. I should have asked for a different room. At check in, the staff reminded and underlined at least three times that there would be additional fees charged for basically many reasons. Our neighbors for the evening said the same thing was repeated to them and were also frustrated with this. There were also signs throughout the room that reminded us. We felt it was incredibly tacky. After all the reminders, the sink leaked and the towels and linens did not smell clean. It was fine for one night but we will not stay there again and neither will our neighbors."

"This was a great place to stay close to Bryce Canyon! It was a quiet little town with a few great places to eat that's out of the actual Bryce Canyon City area. There's also a gas station and convenience store at the main road. This was an introverts dream! We got our room info including the code to get into our room by email. We didn't have to do the typical check in process which was so nice. The room was so nice. It was very clean, and the bathroom was really big. The bed was comfy too. The AC is controlled by the "main office" but we were comfortable using the space heater that is in the room. We had a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The only thing I would mention is that if you're a light sleeper, ask for the top floor. I'm a light sleeper and the people above us were walking around for a while and it made it impossible to fall asleep. Then they got up really early, so I was also awake super early 😂 I think that just happens sometimes and it's nothing the property owners can help. This was a great place to stay I would recommend it to anyway needing a place to stay on their way through!"

"Great location - close to Tropic which has a few nice places to eat. Host met us and explained everything when we arrived. The place is small but has everything you need along with lots of good local info be restaurants and local hikes outside of Bryce."

"Loved being able to do laundry and have simple meals. Also wifi and rv was great. We relaxed after 2 long days if hiking Bryce. Also lucked out that the skies were clear and i could do some easy astrophotogtaphy. Bery dark sdude for a couple street lights.Wish i would have had my telescope. "
