"This property is reasonably priced and well located with easy access to Laurier and Waterloo campuses. I had excellent communication with the host prior to our arrival. "Great place to stay. Only a couple minor things. 1 the parking spaces were not measured when they made them. So if you get in assigned certain spots and drive an SUV or equivalent you may not fit, just park in visitor parking if thats the case. The only other thing was there was 2 pans for cooking but no pots or skillets to use on the stove top. We didnt need them but those are my suggestions to elevate the space a little more."

"2 travelers. Lots of plates utensils . Only 1 coffee cup. No other glasses . Empty paper towels. Dirty linen that smelled of mold in washer/dryer. 1 clean towel. No clean wash cloths to wash with. They said the drive was 2 mins to pick up keys, it was 10 mins. And no response on the last message sent . No way to confirm check out. Def 3/5 stars.
