Bed and Breakfast in Cambridge

"3 night stay never cleaned room , emptied overflowing garbage or replaced facial tissue , toilet tissue , or shampoo even after I asked twice once calling the front desk and once asking in person. I was told someone would look after it immediately, but no one showed up to my room. Poor service !!!!!"

"It's an old building. They are doing the best they can with such an old building. The carpets could use a changing. But it was as clean as staff could make it. It was fine. Staff was friendly."

"Room was clean, but way to small for 4 people. The washroom was tiny with zero counter space. The fan did not work in our room, we had to open our patio door for air flow The only good thing was the breakfast and coffee"

"Continental breakfast advertised but no vegetarian options. Fruits were raw & unedible. Had to go out to eat Heating was broken and the room was freezing cold until night. Had to escalate to get it fixed Found construction dirt in the hallways & steps. Most of the areas are in soiled condition and inhabitable. Heard that travelodge is planning to close in upcoming months and they were surprised that they still advertise all these amenities in Expedia inspite of all these shortcomings. Worst experience ever. Need refund of my expensive stay. Pls help."
