"Booking on the Expedia site allows you to choose options 1 of these 3 …. 1. No add on 2.Breakfast 3.parking One of the above not 2 of the options. So if by chance you drove a vehicle to the hotel ( which is likely as locals rarely require a hotel) and you require parking obviously parking is the option you choose ? Sadly because of apparently a glitch in the system between IHG and Expedia. Breakfast and parking is not available through the app."

"My room was well looked after and the staff were excellent. Room and bed were very comfortable. My only concern was that there is no elevator. But it was only 2 levels so I was ok. I’m sure that someone would help with your bags if you were unable. Lots of free parking."

"First, the lobby was nice, clean and recently decorated - as was the breakfast area off the lobby. The breakfast was reasonable - the muffins were a highlight - but the eggs were awful. Reconstituted powdered egg with loads of clumps. The bedroom was OK, clean and beds were comfy, though the room could do with a bit of a refresh. Unfortunately, the room & corridor had a background smell of old smoke (even though they were "no smoking"). I have asthma and so am very susceptible, but it wasn't bad enough to give me problems, it's just that it wasn't as fresh as I'd like and it let the stay down a bit."

"Hotel was in great location near St.Jacobs . After stay easy country drive to Millbank to Anna Mae’s . Only concern of Hotel was the toilets were very low and my husband isn’t really tall but anybody over 6 feet would be real uncomfortable! Great Hotel though with good breakfast"

"Beautiful property! Even exterior is stunning when we pulled up I was in awe! Reminded me of some hotels we stayed at in Barcelona ! Super easy check in and check out! So clean, so stunning, gorgeous very clean room! Loved our room! Bed super comfortable! Beautiful bathroom! Super friendly staff everyone we encountered ! Would love to return!"

"The apartment is just across LH (Business School) of the Wilfrid Laurier University, so the location was very convenient, There is a balcony, secure entrance, full kitchen with all the amenities, washer and drier. The manager was very responsive to all the requests."
