"Nice to be in the mall and the wife could ship while I was as working "

"Absolutely terrifying experience - I would not recommend and will never stay here again. I stayed here for one night with my child. The room was not clean and when I asked to move rooms the security guard came to my room demanding the key from me before I was ready. I wasn’t given any notice, he just showed up aggressively and in his broken English said “THIS IS MY ROOM NOW, KEY, KEY KEY.” I told him I wasn’t ready to move yet (baby in hand) and needed a few extra minutes to grab my bag, he stood at the door and waited. As I grabbed my things I wondered if I should even be staying at this hotel if this is how I am being treated but we had checked in at 11pm (coming from the airport) and it was already midnight so I stayed the night. When I notified the general manager the next day, he had nothing to say. No accountability, no follow ups, no apologies for the behavior of his staff. It was quite disheartening. I will not be staying with Wyndham ever again. I will be contacting HR. "

"The pool had a beetle in it. The bathtub was quite dirty. They had a power outage for 6 hours one day. Elevator seemed like it might break down any second. You get what you pay for. Phone didn’t work to call front desk, tried phoning front desk with my cell and no one answers."
